Facing Your Emotions; Restraining Your Reactions

How do we discover these buried emotions?
We start to attract situations into our life to show us we have specific emotions and thoughts that need releasing. We begin by attracting gentle, non-traumatic events to help us notice where we have a reaction that can throw us slightly off balance. Perhaps we notice a stranger doing something to someone else that slightly offends or upsets us.

Cell phones and many new technology devices are unhealthy and may aim to control humanity.  Many of these technology uses and communicates through microwave technology, ELF, and electronic radiation towers and thus causing Autism, Cancer, Low Sperm Count,  and many other health issues.  Therefore, if you use these devices or live in the cities, make sure to protect yourself one way or another.  Having healthy plants may help to absorb some of the harmful effect of radiation.   Also, children who suffers Autism may be suffering from the side effects of vaccination and the microwave technology that are being used around the world.  Also eating beef and drinking milk may pass on to us some of the side effects that the cows may have been exposed to such as radiation and syphilis disease.  Therefore avoiding or lowing the intake maybe a good idea. As good diet is highly suggested to lift ones vibration for ascension.

Esu, it is time to reconnect. You have a message you want to communicate through me, and I will be receptive and open to what you say to me and to others. Speak at this time of closure and beginning.

Jess, let’s speak again. This is a good morning to broach several topics that need to be clarified and explained further. You understand that much of what you now expect to take place is about to happen. The Earth is ready for her moves, and the troubled areas we have been pinpointing the last few months are all in danger of spilling over.  The earthquakes we projected are almost certain now. The situation in the Gulf of Mexico is imminent. The methane explosion is building to its peak intensity and is almost certain to “blow” as you say.

These events will be catastrophic to your way of thinking on Earth. They will begin a reshaping of the landscape that must take place before Earth herself can move to the next phase of her ascendancy. Land must sink and new Earth must rise to the surface. Many of the areas you hold in great fondness will disappear. This will be a time of challenge and questioning. The explanations given will be the necessity of Earth to move to a higher state of celestial vibration to match changes that are happening in the solar system you inhabit. This time on Earth is a crux to these changes.

Many inhabitants will be taken away; many will pass over into a new existence. This will be a time of sorting and elimination, unfortunately. Many in control now will lose their position and their imagined purpose. They will be told to re-evaluate their preconceptions. They will be taken to a new existence or removed entirely. It will be their choice.

You on Earth who have sought our guidance will be examples of a new way of existing. The attitudes you exemplify will become the templates for others to work with. You will show how to questions situations and reach decisions that are in line with spiritual truths. You will teach by your actions, as well as by your words.

In this new world you are a baby, and as long as you stay in love and see beauty all around you everything is fine, for that is what you will create.  But if you go into fear, then whatever you fear will manifest – and it will devour you and send you back to the 3^rd dimensional world that you just left.  From there you will be sent to another part of the universe to finish your growth process.  There is no heaven or hell.  There is only what you create.

It is so important to be fearless, and to know that you are the Son or Daughter of the Source of Creation.  When you know that, the consciousness transformation is not only easy, but extremely pleasurable.   Trust and believe in yourself, and you will see the truth of who you really are.

First you must prepare yourself to accept with as much grace as you can muster the calamitous effects of the earth’s purification and then you must find your heart and soul strength to bring comfort and understanding. Do you beloveds truly appreciate what takes place when the cycle of a planet culminates? No you don’t. You can only imagine vaguely from what you are told of fallen civilizations such as Atlantis and Lemuria. This planet will not fall, she will rise; but the dark and those that lack sufficient light will find homes elsewhere. Be prepared to lose acquaintances and even loved ones remembering always that you are not bonded by flesh but by spirit and spirit never dies unless it chooses the route of uncreation.

United We Stand…as we live our lives on a daily basis, we often think that we are alone.  Life goes on with or without us.  Yet in times of  crisis, we realize that we’re not.  There are many who suffer just the same and there are many to help lean a helping hand.  However, we tend to suffer just the same and worry about our own safety and families well being.

During major crisis, some fraction of the government may do their best to help control and protect us, but they are limited in numbers (for the good guys). In remembering the time of the Nazi, Pearl Harbor, Khmer Rouge,  and many revolutions and wars. It’s important to remember that in our past – strong ordinary men and women have stood up against the Hierarchy or Bully to fight against Slavery, Women’s Right to Vote, and many other revolutions.   Therefore, we too must be strong and stand to protect Freedom and Justice for All.  United -  we can become a strong loving family, community, country, nation and planet, but if divided we all fall.
